Damn it, every time I try to insert an image from my photo gallery by pasting the url into the prompt box, I get that damned red X. What am I doing wrong?

I did use the image tags around the URL, and it resulted in the red X. Without the tags, of course, I just created a link to the photo.

gotta get the image's URL specifically by clicking on its "properties" in the gallery where it's stored

right click on the photo you want to post, click "properties". copy and past the url that you find there.
