you know most of the message boards out there have a "NO TROLLING" rule and those that are caught troilling are suspended. do you think that suspending people who troll would make TWW a better place?

I'm of the mind that it needs to be all or nothing. Either be extremely strict and get a few more mods to help watch out or just ignore it (except for shit where people post goatse 50 times or something).
