I'm sure about everyone has considered quitting at some time another and tried to leave this place but never had the courage to do something fucked up enough to get terminated.

Just put a nice little "quit" link beside the logout link.

When someone is really serious about quitting, all they have to do is click the quit button once and be terminated with honor.
