Trailor: http://www.cinemas-online.co.uk/trailers/OLDBOY_FF.mov

We got Oldboy this week at the Galaxy, and it's totally badass. It's basically the story of this guy who is kidnapped, imprisoned for fifteen years, and released without ever being told what he did to deserve it. He then goes on a quest to find out who did this to him and why. It's a really awesome movie, an interesting story, and lots of good fight scenes (not really martial arts, just good old fashioned ass-beating...refer to the claw hammer in the picture above).

It's got an 82% on Rotten Tomatoes and 8.4/10 on IMDB.

Showtimes this week at 1:15pm, 4:00, 7:00, and 9:35 at Galaxy Cinema.

My brother and I watched that movie on DVD several months ago. The ending is rather painful and fucked up, is all I can say.

But yea, that fight with the hammer was great. Real honest to god fighting. Guys get tired, no fancy shit. It was really good.

yep
and i'm gonna say it - i called that shit from the first...well, i guess i shouldn't say when i called it
but i did
and i'm not saying that like those people who claim they knew bruce willis was a ghost
i knew the score the whole movie

but yes
very very fucked up ending
hence my omgwtfbbqboy comment

Yeah I love that movie.

The subtitles are a little wonky though. EVEN THOUGH I AM NO WORST THAN A BEAST....
