The fight scenes were pretty well choreographed in the first one, but it was still ridiculous. I mean, come on, the guy followed a plane on foot and managed to keep up.

Yeah I had high hopes for it being produced by Luc Besson and starring Jason Statham...I was very disappointed. Theres a certain amount of ridiculousness I can take because youre just not going to get away from that in an action movie, but there was just too much in this one...way over the top.
How could you not know it was out yet? It was in theaters 3 years ago.

The reason you guys didn't see some of the stuff is because there were different release versions of the movie. For example, in the most of the US versions, the scene when he's one the bus fighting all those guys doesn't show him sticking the knife in everyone's hands and legs and shit. I guess the producers or distributors didn't like the idea of him stabbing guys, even if it was just in the leg and shit.

the plane crash should have been cut out completely, i can't stand shitty CGI. i didn't mind the fight in the plane as it was going down, the shots of the plane underwater were absolutely pathetic though.

fight scenes were incredible as well as the car chases, the undercarriage car bomb was really fucking far fetched and that should have been cut out too.

i guess the makers of this movie didn't take into account the loop hole of the virus they included in the plot. everyone at the convention would have been infected, all the staff of all the people at the convention, everyone at the hospital and everyone they came into contact with. you can't just put that in the plot and not say how it that big a problem was resolved. they should have cut that shit out too.

the blonde chick had a nice stomach but other than that she's not nearly as hot as amber valletta ("audrey", the mother)

overall 6.5/10, i don't feel i was jipped out of my money.

I thought at first the blonde chick was Pink, the singer. Found out later it was someone else. I actually liked this one better than the first. The fight scenes were great.

this movie was a massive dissapointment

it doesnt hold a candle to the first one.

a couple scenes were just too far out there, and i dont mind far out stuff.

They hyped the main bad guy up to be a badass fighter, and he didnt do shit. It was pathetic. There were no good car chases and the fight scenes were too few and far between.

I am REALLY bummed because I wanted it to be a good movie. The opening scene is the best one in the damn film.

i enjoyed this one much more than the first one, mainly because after seeing the first one (which i was originally exremely excited about) i didnt have this one built up in my head to being anything great. the action scenes were very entertaining, but some of the stuff was just ridiculous (such as the car bomb and the hook) and what was up with using the same exact music as sin city?

Two of the songs played were by The Servant.

"Cells" which is the song you recognized from Sin City, and "Body" which is the one when that chick tries to get up on Frank.

On their website The Servant had up the lyricless version of Cells for download a while ago, not sure if they still have it though.
