I remember encoding MP3s back on an old Pentium 90MHz when it took an hour just to encode one song!

I lost my freshman year to Napster.

Yeah I remember I used to have to rip CDs in wav then convert them to MP3.

I assume no one shares mp3's on the campus networks anymore (without a password at least), but it always rocked to check out the students sharing their entire music libraries.

I know it was so easy and so much fun. I remember I started using AIM my freshman year also.
