The reason they were even following him was because he lived in the same apt complex as some suspects. Dude who was watching the place went to take a piss. Brazilian guy walked out. Guy came back and his buddies asked if the guy who just left was one of the people they were watching. Guy who took a piss said it was even though he didn't see who left.
