I currently AM getting it from a torrent site (tv torrents), and it's going dirt slow (there are 14 seeds, and 15 peers in this current download). I am wanting someone who can just upload really fast (above the typical 40KBps of cable modems, but even that would be an improvement over the 4 i'm getting now), like someone in the dorms.
