I just saw that car today, so, what's his "handicap". I don't mean that in a bad way, I'm curious. What handicap would allow you to drive a car w/a cage and a race seat but require that you be able to park close to wherever you're walking to?

What would give you that impression?

I saw the car the other day infront of amore's pizza (where I eat often), and I've heard from many people that the driver of that car was a douche. My only gripe is the handicapped pass, not cool in my book. Otherwise I don't particularly care for the car, or it's driver. I should point out though, a stripped out caged integra is cooler than a regular one.
