i took them out a couple days ago and left them out to dry and chilled with the lady for the weekend
now i've forgotten how they go back in

its big bearing on the inside, little on the outside, and then the smaller ends of the bearings pointing towards each other, right?

seal ~ inner brg ~ outer brg ~ washer ~ main nut ~ castellated nut (nut cover) ~ cotter pin ~ dust cover

hang a fish scale on one of the wheel studs and pull on it while tightening the outer nut. You want between 3 and 5 lbs of preload showing on the fish scale. 8/29/2005 1:27:50 PM |
