The problem is the Nation guard blocking people from evacuating and forcing them to stay in the Arena or wherever they are. 10,000 people all in a stadium with no food, water and showers for 72+ hours. I would think that the African Americans and minorities would be able to manage better than the privileged white cake eaters since they are more used to hardship than your “good white Christian”.

If I was forced by gun point to stay in a flooded place where I have no access to anything I would prolly start going Red Dawn myself.
