I'm downloading a reference library manual for automobile repair. Every file I download downloads as an asp file... I searched google and was unable to find a viewer that could handle that extention. I'm aware that asp is part of web code, but don't know how to implement it. Please advise.

your browser is incorrectly downloading the link.

The link is trying to send you do a new webpage from where the download will begin, but instead the browser is downloading the actual webpage.

Try another browser and if you're using any external download programs, turn them off.

Just try changing the extension to whatever you know the file is suppose to be.
