I am looking to get a Spray-In bedliner for my 2001 Tacoma. It is a basic truck, and i finally have some money to get one put in. I definitely want a spray in instead of a drop in. I am not easily finding information on how much they cost and whereabouts i can get it put in. Do any of you know some info about this? 9/5/2005 9:05:41 PM |

If you want it done right, get a Line-X. They are the best quality spray in liners that I have seen. http://line-xbedliners.com/ is the raleigh dealer. http://www.linexofdurham.com is the one in durham. 9/5/2005 10:16:07 PM |

Line-X is the best. We got my dad's truck done for his birthday this year, a 2005 Ranger and it cost around $470 (I think) and that included doing the edges around the bed and tailgate.
Line-X costs a little more than Rhino, but it's the best out there and it looks excellent. My Dad's truck is great. Oh, we had it done by the guy in Raleigh. 9/5/2005 10:41:49 PM |

There are a ton of other brands. We spray Superliner at our shop and it is a great product and comes with the same warranty. Basically what you want to do is shop around and make sure the shop knows what they are doing, there are a lot of dealerships that totally screw up rhinos and linex's as well which sucks after you spend that kind of money. We spray ours in for $375 for under the rail. 9/5/2005 11:41:26 PM |

I got mine done at Line-X of the Triangle, the first one Poe87 posted. I got it done over the rail, on an 04 tacoma. Total was $410. Great service there and I'm actually getting something else sprayed there soon. Don't go cheap, and don't get anything other than Line-X of Rhino. 9/6/2005 10:21:55 AM |

line-x hands down for a profesionally done liner. for diy go with herculiner. my truck was one of the first to get sprayed at the triangle line-x location and it was still quality. i'm sure he's gotten much better over the years. 9/6/2005 10:34:30 AM |

^^you got over the rail on a tacoma for $410??? I emailed the guy and asked how much it would be for my 01 tacoma and he responded 420 under rail and 480 over...whatsup with that? I figure that i will probably get Rhino or Line-X...depending on the quote from the Rhino guy. any other input?
and ^^^ Is the rhino dealer south of raleigh, near garner reputable?

don't get rhino. line-x is a far superior product, worth the difference (if any) in price. prices go up from time to time on line-x. i had my fullsize shortbed sprayed for 425 over the rails, and that included a raised rams head stencil sprayed on the bed floor in smooth over the textured. 9/6/2005 9:33:57 PM |

look, calling the guy is one thing, going and shooting the shit with him for a while is another
some people have connections, some people make them. you need to learn to make some if you want the "connected" pricing. this goes for more than spray in bedliners, stuff like tint, stereo installs, etc. 9/6/2005 9:44:37 PM |

go up to capital ford. there is a guy up there who has a business separate from ford but he does it for around that price. it is a copy of line-x, which is the best. i've seen his work. pretty decent.9/6/2005 10:16:26 PM |

^^exactly. he first quoted me like 475, but after actually going in and talking to him, mentioning the fact i could give him some referalls, etc. he came off some. people aren't going to give you there best price over the phone. 9/6/2005 10:57:23 PM |

Exactly. Same reason I cannot find any possible reason some of you clowns come in here crying because you can't find anyone to inspect your car. Its not hard, just put a little effort into it, its definitely worth it.9/6/2005 11:33:03 PM |

Everyone gets the same price at our shop, line-x and rhino is so expensive because of the insane costs to get a dealership. 9/6/2005 11:56:46 PM |
