why is it when I boot in safe mode I get the almighty "Administrator" account and none of my passwords work. Nor did I ever set a password up.

I know one girl that graduated in electrical engineering last semester... I tried to talk her about some SQL/VB/.asp stuff I was doing at work and I really don't think she had a clue what I was talking about. I know that type of stuff isn't what they concentrate on, but damn, I can't imagine her not having at least been exposed to it while here9/7/2005 4:56:37 PM |

Your password (if less than 15 characters) can be cracked in a day, so long as NTLM2 is not enabled (not by default IIRC). You can do a search for "lost Windows administrator password" and find a bunch of commercial products available, or you can type "cracking Windows password" and educate yourself a bit.
For the education, here's a clue to start you off: LC5.
