ha i went to the ESA show and the guys behind me were yelling, 'does that say OSAMA?' at ozma. then for saves the day they kept yelling, 'you only have one good song, get off the stage!' and went absolutely nuts for weezer. they were, i would guess, in their 40's and fat drunk hicks. it was amazing.

It's weird you say that because I had the exact opposite experience at that show. I had 4 floor passes and once I got down there I started gathering up wristbands so I could go up and sneak in two friends that didn't have floor tickets, and when I turned around, they were already down there. It turns out that one of the ushers had just picked out most of their section and ASKED them if they wanted to go down on the floor.

my friend and i were sitting in the seats, planning with some other pissed off people a plan to bum rush the security and go to the floor, but some random guy in front of me gave me his floor ticket. it was just stupid that they didn't even have floor seats for sale until like that day or something. i bought the tickets when they went on sale. my friend had wandered off and he found some place where they would give you a floor wristband if you waited in some line, so we both ended up getting down there, but not until Saves The Day was on... i had wanted to see Ozma up close again.
