^I really don't think the GSR is much faster (if at all) than a VTEC prelude stock for stock.

I mean, yeah this guy is obviously a "street racer," but it's not like the GSR is a vette or some shit.

stock for stock a manual prelude is a bit faster than a GSR. they are about as fast as the ITRs in a straight line. the ITR has better handling

I'm sure the type R is a bit faster in the 1/4 because of the LSD and lower weight. I don't know what would happen from a roll, but it would be reasonably close either way I'd imagine.

I'd imagine the 5th gen is somewhere around 15.1-15.3, with the 4th gen VTEC being slightly faster.

Almost sure that Honda didn't make any of the Vtec Preludes in white during the 4th generation run. Might have only been the S, which had a SOHC non-vtec engine.

most of the stock 4th gen vtec's run 14.9 - 15.0 in the quarter...almost as fast as itr, faster than gsr.

some 4th gen vtecs came with lsd...i know mine has it...i'll burn you two strips if you don't believe.

i'm taking mine to the track saturday night so i can give you a real number this weekend instead of a statistic.

lol i was stopped beside of some fucker in a prelude (i think it was anyways) a few weeks back at the avent ferry/centinial campus intersection... he takes off spinning at the stop light without even giving any hint towards wanting to race before that so i promptly passed him while still sliding in 1st gear and he just laughed and wouldnt look at me or talk to me... what a douche
