I'm just the messenger. (Then again my 2cents is that didn't we invade Iraq based on their "involvement" with 9/11? Mighty suspect this kind of rhetoric is. 10/6/2005 3:12:17 PM |

I don't think that there's any real doubt that some faction within Iran is taking advantage of the chaos in Iraq to support the killings and humiliation of the Great Satan ('merica), the not-so-great-but-still-dangerous Satan (GB), and the evil Iraqis that wrecked havoc upon the Iranian state during its birth. That being said, the question is whether the official government is sanctioning this course of action. 10/6/2005 3:55:08 PM |

Quote : | "In Pursuit Of Their Goals, Islamic Radicals Are Empowered By Helpers And Enablers. They are sheltered and supported by authoritarian regimes - allies of convenience like Syria and Iran - that share the goal of hurting America and moderate Muslim governments, and that use terrorist propaganda to blame their own failures on the West, America, and Jews. " |
Quote : | "We Must Reject The Dangerous Illusion Of Those Who Claim That America Would Be Better Off By Cutting Our Losses And Leaving Iraq Now. Having removed a dictator who hated free peoples, we will not stand by as a new set of killers seize control of Iraq. There is always a temptation, in the middle of a long struggle, to seek the quiet life, escape the duties and problems of the world, and hope the enemy grows weary. However, this enemy is never tired and considers every retreat an invitation to greater violence. In Iraq, there is no peace without victory. We will keep our nerve and win that victory." |
Quote : | "We Are Determined To Deny Radical Groups The Support And Sanctuary Of Outlaw Regimes. State sponsors like Syria and Iran have a long history of collaboration with terrorists - and they deserve no patience from the victims of terror. The United States makes no distinction between those who commit acts of terror and those who support and harbor terrorists, because they are equally guilty of murder." |

i doubt that, we just dont seem to have either the political will, and bush sure as hell doesnt have the "political capital" nor do we have the man power, without goin into a full scale military draft and reorientation of our economy. i just dont see it happening. 10/6/2005 11:34:45 PM |

Remember who is president, God knows what he would do. I'm surprised he hasn't invaded the Rold Gold Pretzels factory for what that pretzel did to him. 10/7/2005 7:56:26 AM |

It wasn't a Rold Gold pretzel that almost killed him, it was a Jim Beam stupor. 10/7/2005 8:19:25 AM |
