I have had my third hard drive fail on me in the past two years. When booting up, it gives the "Non-system disk" error. My power supply has been finicky since I bought it. It is an Enermax. In order to get it to power on, I have to flip the power switch, wait 4 seconds, then flip it back. Could the power supply be the reason I'm losing my hard drives?

You're lucky that's all you've lost. Don't cheap out on the one part of your computer that can kill all the rest of the parts. Get a new power supply.
