i was just wondering if Directv broadcasted or offered an HD service.

We have it at home and my dad is wanting to give me one of our big screens and get a new HD plasma. Thing is he hates time warner and i dont know if directv even has it.

Yes they do. I had it for the longest time. I admit Time Warner is a pain, but DirecTV also has many pains associated with it. And the HD equipment (especially an HD DVR is really expensive).

Jesus, its on the very front of their website. It would have been so much easier and not have wasted our time if you had just used a little bit of brain power and checked that first.

my biggest problem with drectv is the lack of getting locals in hd without an ota antenna. I can only get one local in hd ota.
