Anybody going to the TSCC autocross at the Dixie Classic Fairgrounds in Winston Salem on Sunday?

Directions: (South Entrance)
Take Business I-40 to the Cherry St. exit. Go north on Cherry for about 2.2 miles. Turn right on W.27th St. (You'll see the Goodwill Industries on the corner.) Go about 4/10ths of a mile, enter the lot at the fair offices on the left. There will be an autocross banner at the gate. We will be using the usual layout with the concession area as paddock.

Accommodations:
Courtyard by Marriott next to the site: 336-727-1277

Schedule:
Registration & Tech Opens: 8:30AM
(Must Pay Event and get Registration Card by 9:45AM)
Late registration: Is only allowed at the discretion of officials.
*There is $10.00 late fee and you lose fastest timed run.*

Registration Closes: 9:45AM
*Tech Stops Promptly at 10:00 - Must be in Tech line by 10:00AM or you will not run!*

Novice Meeting & Course Walk: 10:00AM
Driver's Meeting: 10:30AM
First Car Off: 11:00AM

Non-Members: $25.00

eh... i've already won the tscc street mod championship a few years back...

but seriously... the dixie classic ones are always the best!

Well come win it again then, hotshot :p

The classes and drivers are always changing, so the competition is always different.

There may not be too many people at this event, which is a plus in my book. You'll get a lot more runs.

25 is pretty steep if you ask me..

everyone's going to be thinking "oh it's cold, theres not going to be anyone"... but theyre wrong

It doesn't get any cheaper than $25 for an autocross, unless you're a club member. We'll probably get 6 runs and a break for lunch if there's not many people there.

ive never been to an autox where there were 6 runs. triad or tarheel. i did hear that they got a bunch at the last one they had, tho.

Last years dixie classic was packed... everyone was supposed to get a morning heat and afternoon heat... but by the time we got to our second heat, it was like 7pm.

Yeah! If you go, definitely post a link to the pictures. It's too bad you weren't there for the 24hr autocross at Dixie... my crappy camera couldn't get any good pictures in the dark.
