shit ive been reading all these posts related to VIR and keep thinking....where the fuck y'all work/do to afford tires, event fees, gas, brake pads for these track events.

i mean these are not exactly comparable to autoX fees and some of you do both. more power to you, but i just wouldnt be able to afford it, other than maybe a coke and hotdog as opt mentioned.

for these events you run on street tires. dont need special pads. good brake fluid is a good idea though. but yeh its not cheap. i can only go about once a year. but after rereading slowblack's post i dont know wtf hes talking about. i'm talking about a HPDE
