Whats up guys...you might have already heard, but just to make sure that everything knows we are planning a wheeling trip up to Uwharrie National Forest the first weekend in Nov if you want to come just email me @ Jclewis@ncsu.edu. Just ask if you have any questions but tell me when you know for sure that you are going

Is there a single message board you haven't hit this with? Why are you trying to get everyone with a 4x4 to go that weekend? Groups of 5 rigs MAX are more fun and will have less holdups more than likely.

cause if we have alot of ppl we can just split it up...the more ppl the better tho even tho sometimes it is a little bit slower that way its still fun

Hey, can you post anymore details? Is there a confirmed time you're meeting up with people to leave? Do you know how many people are committed to going? Are there certain trails you're definitely going to ride?

actually, that is pretty true. out of all the events, message boards, etc. i've ever attended dedicated to various brands, isuzu people by and far are the oddest, weird, and most dedicated to their vehicles crowd i've ever encountered. i mean, it's kinda like jeep owners just without all the gayness

i contribute to the straightness of the jeep owners though. isuzu ppl are pretty cool, at least that's the feeling i get from you and nick.

the only exception are a subset of VX owners.

We don't claim them if there's one piece of carbon fiber on their vehicle that didn't come stock

its based off the colorado (same thing?)

well the Colorado is a bastardized version of the Isuzu i-series trucks that have been over in Thailand for years.

GM basically took a robust, well engineered Dmax platform for the colorado and stuck their emasculated 5cyl. in there.

Also added the "Spock's Eyebrows" for wheel fenders.

i might be in. still waiting to see what the bday money inflow is like to see if i can get a locker shipped with the quickness (technical term) and installed before I go. I ran kodiak last time i went with jeepman and slravene and basically pushed it as hard as i could. i would rather get locked and push even harder but if i do end up coming i won't be there until late late friday night or just come for the day on saturday. i have a game friday night here at 7.

Anyway, the yotaman crew might be out there that weekend.

If my crew goes, we'll camp right off the dirt road near the entrance to wolf den, near the shooting range. 3 or 4 yotas, a bigass red trooper, a mangled xj, a bunch more...

ive always camped right off the gravel roads, that way if someone needs to run to the store, or just something comes up and someone needs to leave, they dont have to wheel themselves out at dark. Just my .02.
