that's the point that's why their working at mooby's is going to make for one hell of a flick. it takes place in the present, that much longer after the original film. 10/25/2005 11:46:44 AM |

1. The Mooby's slogan is "I'm eating it." 2. It looks like Willam #2 had a kid that looks like Willam #1.
AWESOME.
BTW, there's another pic that wasn't posted, and contains what MIGHT be a spoiler.
Here it is:
Let's not forget that there are no less than three guys in the Askewniverse named Hicks that look exactly alike, and it's never been shown that they're not related.

Mallrats is the day BEFORE Clerks.
Julie Dwyer is supposed to be on "Truth or Date" on Friday night.
However, Julie died in the YMCA pool on Thursday night, forcing Brandi to take her place.
Dante and Randal go to the wake on Saturday (Dante's not supposed to be there, he was going to play hockey with his friends, etc.). Since Julie died in the middle of Thursday night, having the wake on Friday would really be pushing the timeline. 10/25/2005 7:39:47 PM |

my opinion, though? I think alot of this is a farce. I bet the movie has some serious differences from what we're seeing on the website.
Then again, I could be wrong. Either way, I'm so excited

If there's anyone who can use the tremendous visual detail and depth provided by HD-DVD, it's Kevin Smith.

The official release date is now August 18th, 2006. Spent a few hours working with the trailer house on the theatrical teaser today. Really good stuff. We submit it to Weinstein Company tomorrow, and if all goes well, it’ll be attached to the head of “Scary Movie 4?

But Clerks II is so audaciously raunchy — one scene is sure to challenge the squeamishness of even the most ardent gross-out comedy fan — that Smith says the film may ultimately make its debut unrated, even if that restricts its availability at some theaters. (Clerks initially was rated NC-17 for its frank talk, but on appeal, it got an R.)
Smith's screen alter ego, the trench-coated drug dealer Silent Bob, and his oversexed "hetero life mate" Jay (Jason Mewes) also return for the sequel, still hanging around, but no longer using — a reflection of Mewes' sobriety after fighting drug addiction, and a sign that even Smith's most cartoonish characters grow and change.
