also got a ticket for failure to reduce speed to avoid an accident, ne one knows how many points that is???? thanks! 10/31/2005 9:11:04 PM |

full coverage? they might total that thing :-/
repairing that will be a pretty penny, no matter where you go.. I would think $1500+
on another note, if youre willing to sell parts off that car or looking for more info... http://www.carolinanissans.com 10/31/2005 9:14:25 PM |

btw, the cop said i could get out of the citation by getting the insurance company to send me a letter of liability and show it to the DA on my court date and it will be dismissed, what is this letter of liability?????

Classic Paint & Auto Body 1951 Cheek Rd Durham, NC 27704-5113 (919) 683-9680
Really cheap, does pretty good work. The guy is a really small shop, kinda in a rough part of town. He's rough around the edges but has always done good work for me. Fixed a Toyota Camry for $800 when every other shop I called/visted wanted to charge me $2000-$2500. Also fixed a Ford F-150 for me. Neither one you could ever tell had been in a wreck.
If you call/visit, he'll most likely ask you for the paint code from the VIN tag under the hood or in the door jam. If you've got that he can match the paint and do it no problem for you (I'm guessing).
Worth a call. He'll probably ask you how you heard about it, just tell him a reference from a guy who's gotten work done by him before.
I don't know him or trying to advertise for him, just i know he does good, cheap work, trying to help out.

Ah, if it's a convertible I can see why you want to keep it. Those are pretty rare, and kinda neat. Hope you can get it take care of. 11/1/2005 11:33:30 AM |
