Hey, I have a Ti-83+ calculator that sucks up battery like crazy.
A couple of weeks ago my battery died, so i replaced them with new batteries.
Then a couple of days ago..they died again!! I put in new batteries (good kind) and they died again in 2 days!!!!!! I used my calculator like 10 min..if that. i dont have anygames or anything on it.

Can any one you EE students know what the problem is..or better yet be able to fix it? Thanks

did you drop it or something lately?

check to see if it's under warranty still, maybe you can send it back for repair.
