What's the deal with the people with the "I downloaded ________" signs on the brickyard. I saw a couple other people walking around with signs like that this week. I didn't stop to ask because I know better then to get sucked in.......

If you mean the "I illegaly download music" folks, I was under the impression that was part of an RIAA thing, and had something to do with them humiliating themselves in public in exchange for getting out of a fine/court.
