Ok.. I have to do a literature review using scholarly journals in the library.. I can't come up with an enjoyable topic though. I'm afraid that I'm going to pick out a topic that won't give me enough information. Any ideas? 11/13/2005 12:20:02 AM |

You have worse problems in your near future. You should probably just drop out of college now.

I'm not having any problems with the class, in fact I have an B+ as far as I know, but thats besides the point. I was just asking about a simple topic to write on, if that isn't such a bad thing to do. The topics I've picked are hard to find in more than one journal, because of their unfamiliarity. I just wanted a few ideas so I could broaden my ideas/topics. Like I said, I'm only asking for ideas, not how to do it.
I don't understand why you people like to criticize others who ask for a little help. Not in any way did I say I was failing the class, and I don't understand why my profile has anything to do with my future, other than the fact that you guys obviously like picking on freshman and females in computer science, which is complete bullshit.
If you don't want to give any advice on a topic, fine, but don't criticize me or my studies when you don't know me. I'm sure you wouldn't want someone to have done this to you.

controversial(sp?) things like affirmative action, death penalty, and gender equality are pretty broad and easy to find in soc journals...if that helps 11/13/2005 7:55:20 PM |

Do a lit review of some kind of scentific breakthrough or development... some kind of new medical research, or as someone else said, a controversial procedure or something.. you can find lots of good journal articles about that stuff...i'm biased though b/c i'm a science guy 11/13/2005 8:12:28 PM |
