I think we'll play a little harder at the beginning of the year this year for fear of what happened last season.

That being said, I think we will have a season similar to 03-04, where we lose a game or 2 out of conference, then 4 or so in conference.

between ND, Iowa, Alabama, and GW, we will lose 2 of those games. But I also say we sweep UNC since we play them away early in the season before they develop any chemistry.

If we sweep UNC, we can go 2-27, and I'll be satisfied (kinda).

wont be anywhere near the same atmosphere...but it wont matter because they are not very good at all

I think cali is close. I say we lose to Iowa just because we always lose early. We SWEEP UNC and Wake, and beat BC at home, but slip up and lose 2 games on the road we shouldnt, like either Tech or Clemson.

Finish 20-9 overall with an 9-7 conference record, which is good enough for a 4 seed in the down ACC. We avoid any upsets until we go into the Dean Dome. Couple weeks later we redeem ourselves by beating Wake. A close loss at home to Maryland mars the middle of the season, but it only gets worse as we lose to Miami the next game.

Big games are those first two road games, the Carolina game at Carolina, and the last two games. Those last two games may have huge 2-4 place implications for the ACC tourney, and will be very important in seeding for the NCAAs.

This is a pretty conservative estimate I think.
