As for the thread mentioned above, I'll admit that the recording is most likely a fake. At the time, I thought it may very well have been genuine, but now that I've given it more thought I think not. Looking back, I can see that that thread was easily not my finest moment.

I've changed my mind about a lot of things compared to where I was three years ago. For instance, I used to strongly support the republican party and claim that all of books of the Bible were "God-inspired" Scripture (I just recently posted a thread questioning Paul/Saul's teaching). So, you can pull up those threads where I attacked the democrats and lauded the republicans as well.

Being able to admit you were wrong and re-think your beliefs is an essential part of life and any pursuit of truth. And I have shown that I am willing and able to do that.

I'm going to go out on a limb and predict that very few (if any) of my other threads will be referenced in this thread. That is really the only one that, due in part to its sensationalist nature, is noticeably and particularly "foolish."
