How feasable do you think this would be?

Any ideas on how they would do this?

Everybody would just run around stealing each others shit and hosing people with flame throwers. It would be like the video game version of the LA riots.

honestly, I would enjoy it if it was nothing but guys with guns and cars flying everywhere, hilarious chaotic carnage!

Well the RPG aspect could be that you could join different gangs. Maybe there would be a kind of ranking system or something where you could rise up to be a mob boss and you could control shipments of drugs and weapons and stuff.

GTA:San Andreas definately had RPG elements... building up stats, collecting items, cars, clothes, money, etc.... if it was MMO that'd be fun.
