but turns on with the high beam. on other words when the high beams are on all 4 bulbs work, but only one bulb works with the low beams.

bad relay?

its a sealed beam
but i dont know why it would work with high but not low, can they just be bad like that?

so what makes it do that?
there arent seperate filaments are there?

nevermind i guess its a dual beam bulb,
