I hate how everyone jumps on the Fire Herb bandwagon and constantly bitches after a game where we were the underdogs. I mean come on that wasn't Mount Olive they were playing.

And no one is saying Fire Herb. They're complaining that it's the same old shit as to why we're losing... and they are perfectly justified in doing so. We should have easily won that game tonight

Losing a hard-fought game is one thing. We simply got an early Christmas present tonight and failed to open it becuase of our own faults.

We saw two shitty to mediocre teams tonight. We kept giving each other opportunities, and both teams played so terribly that they couldn't cash them in. We should have won by 20 the way Iowa played. Likewise, Iowa should have killed us with the way we played.


Neither team played like a top 25-50 team

I think he's saying that if we played worth a shit, we would have won by 20, and vice versa for them. When your D holds a team to 45 points there's no excuse for losing.


And again...its not that we lost...a 75-72 game is tolerable....its how we lost.
