Anybody else had to go through this for access to Online Banking options? If yes, how did you finally get to access your account? Each time I try to access the account, it prompts me to create a new SiteKey, isn't it supposed to remember the old one? Don't feel like calling Customer Support and waiting for an operator, and the online help isn't very helpful after all.

Thanks.

OK, so each time you go back and enter your online ID and passcode, it recognizes you?

i signed into my account from a different computer than the one at my apt and it made me answer one of those security questions. i think it said something like, if you can see your image, then its safe to sign in.

yeah once i set mine up i can log in without interruption.. think it's only supposed to prompt you after you've set it up if you log in from a different computer

Yeah I was switching between 3 different computers which it didn't like...and instead of prompting me to answer my secret questions each time, it wanted to me create a new SiteKey altogether, what a mess!

Most European financial institutes are already doing something similar to this, where its a two-way authentication schema. You'll see a lot of other banks head this way in the future. Pain in the neck to setup, and kinda discourages you from accessing your bank account from a "public" computer, but makes me feel better. BOA will also bounce you (well it did to me at least) if you try to get one of those things that autofill the fields on a form.

I'm hoping they figure out a way to do USB token authenticiation in the future.
