I'd put Leonardo DiCaprio in there as well, if only for his portrayal as a retard in What's Eating Gilbert Grape (also w/ Depp). Best fucking retard I've ever seen, even better than Corky from Life Goes On and he WAS retarded.

I found out that Gary Oldman was Mason Verger in Hannibal. BLEW MY MIND.

He has my vote due to sheer number and the fact that sometimes it takes me a while to realize that it's him.

Most nondiverse of all time has to be Noel Gugliemi

http://imdb.com/gallery/granitz/3729/Events/3729/NoelG_Cohen_6246073_400.jpg?path=pgallery&path_key=Gugliemi,%20Noel

He plays a mexican thug in every movie he's in, and its in his contract that he has to say 'homes' at least once per movie. Credits include Training Day, Bruce Almighty, and Swat.[

I think Charlize Theron should atleast be in the running for this one. Her ability to adapt to so many different (and usually difficult) characters is simply brilliant. She hasn't been around long enough to get an array like that of Johnny Depp, but she's still done some pretty off the wall stuff in her relatively short time on the big screen.

Yeah, Jack is definitely one of my favorite actors, but he usually just plays himself. And gets nominated for the Academy Award.

That's very true. He always plays some cynical, slightly off-balanced fellow in most of his roles. Think about it: Joker (crazy supervillian), As Good as It Gets (crazy, obsessive-compulsive neighor and prick), Cuckoo's Nest (guy pretending to be crazy who ends up so), etc. Love him as an actor, but as it was said, Jack Nicholson plays, well, Jack Nicholson.

Personally, I'd have to go with Gary Oldman; again, there are a lot of times I don't even realize its him until halfway into the movie.

What he said.^

Johnny Depp, Ed Norton, Christian Bale, and Gary Oldman are all good choices.

Gary Oldman beats them all by far. Half of the times I knew he was in the movie, but didn't figure out who he was until later. Completely changes his persona. He was also that terrorist in Air Force One.

Jack Nicholson always plays a psychotic dude. That's who he is.
