If the game is loaded on the drive possibly load faster, but the framerate is done by the video processor so unless you mod that i doubt better framerate unless it's a video being read off the CD and not loaded to cache.

i can say with fair certianty that if i had to sit there and wait for stuff to load off a disc i would've thrown the thing through the window a long time ago
