When will the spring classes show up on the school tool? Or am i missing something?

i run school tool.

is there a problem?? it has worked fine for a lot of students.

paypal me $25 and your premium subs. will allow you to bypass the internal parsing code for a list of your classes

Here's the deal with the school tool.... (as best recalled from my sketch memory)

when it first rolled out, reg/rec was VERY apprehensive about it being on the site. They tried and tried to keep Jake from implementing it, but he got through. Problem is, he asked for something in electronic format and instead got a raw printout of the class listings.

Then when he actually did get an electronic record, there was no consistency between the records, meaning the data structure was different from class to class, making it very very difficult to import the data.

The general concensus guess was that Reg/rec didn't want Jake putting this information out there because the school tool was better than anything they had at the time and it only increased the traffic to a site that the administration would rather not exist in the first place.

Its a damn shame that its such a time consuming and painful task to batch load the class data into the system or I'm sure that it'd be done relatively regularly.
