in the study hall message board, it was divided up into majors (engineering, history, english et) and then a general board for questions like "is a c- passing."
that way, you wouldnt have to muddle through all that junk to find something that may apply to you.

I think it's a pretty cool idea, even though I don't frequent the Study Hall Message board that much. You'll have to excuse some of the other forum members. They use threads like these to throw out stupid insults that serve no purpose whatsoever.

Having too many sections on a message board makes it less appealing. Don't need to be getting into "Pets, Legal, News" etc. etc. in the Lounge ... take the threads as they come.

Also, technical issues make it (mostly) infeasible.
