I am looking online and I bought a book and all the needles and such, but I don't think I'm learning very well from the pics. Can someone help? Thanks! 12/14/2005 11:48:59 PM |

I don't really like crochet. The stuff is so blocky. 12/15/2005 12:11:36 AM |

when you start, just be sure you don't tense up. I've a bad habit of doing that and it's one of the reasons I haven't finished anything--that and my sister took the yarn I was using. 12/15/2005 5:35:52 PM |

I like knitting much better. All my stitches come out either too loose or too tight when I crochet. Since the stitches stay on the needles in knitting, my stitches come out more consisitent. 12/15/2005 6:29:23 PM |

There's a website out there, that has not pictures but *video* of how to do stitches. Cant remember where though, sorry. But it is free. 12/16/2005 1:00:12 PM |

This is one of the websites with video. I've learned a couple of stitches on here myself - it's easy to follow along. 12/16/2005 3:05:21 PM |

I can help you. I know binding on, single, double, and triple stitch. I can't bind off though...my mom knows how. 12/16/2005 8:53:54 PM |
