ding
Might try Boater's World Discount Marine Center 6286 Glenwood, Raleigh, NC 27560 (919) 787-3338 although it might end up being stainless.
or maybe a 4x4 shop
If using a drill press I would drill through a 4x4 piece of wood and stick new bolt in, then drill through bolt to keep the hole straight. Unless you have access to a lathe.12/17/2005 9:08:41 AM |
optmusprimer All American 30318 Posts user info edit post |
then the bolt will spin 12/17/2005 9:51:57 AM |

you could always put the nut on or notch out a space for the hex head or use both the wood and a clamp. you've got enough brains to figure that out. But i'm assuming you're being somewhat of a smartass 12/17/2005 10:52:04 AM |

If need be I have a lathe and I guess we could make it... just buy a good bolt chuck it up and center drill it, then put a grease fitting in the end. 12/18/2005 11:44:29 AM |
optmusprimer All American 30318 Posts user info edit post |
yeah thats what i did. the hole all the way through is only 1/8 and then i drilled out about another 3/4 of an inch or so big enough to tap it for the grease fitting. 12/18/2005 12:32:57 PM |
