i sorta liked the motorcycle escape from the Last Crusade -- he and his father escape from the Nazi castle, only to find themselves in the "lion's den" in Berlin, right beside Hitler.

i liked the young indie scene in the beginning of last crusade...horse chase...on the train...how he gets the whip...before he was afraid of snakes (or maybe why he was afraid of snakes later)...and then fast forwarding to him fighting over the same artifact on the boat 12/20/2005 10:50:05 AM |

It isn't really a sequence, but I love the scene when they are on the blimp and he throws the guy out the window. Everyone looks at him and he says "He didn't have a ticket." Then they all get their tickets out quickly. 12/20/2005 12:56:46 PM |

I always liked the scene in the Raiders of the Lost Ark when he is being chased through the streets of Cairo and the gigantic swordsman steps out in front of him and does all of this crazy sword work or whatever and Indiana just pulls out his hand gun and shoots him. always funny 12/20/2005 2:40:38 PM |

Yeah originally they were going to have this big fight, but I think it was either Lucas or Ford who thought, "Well, wouldn't Indy just shoot the guy?" 12/20/2005 2:59:42 PM |

^That was in one of the DVD extras of the box set that came out a while back. Ford did it in the middle of shooting and they just went with it.

I don't know, I'm not a huge fan of the boulder.
Raiders--
When the beam shines of the Well of the Souls in the Map Room. Truck Scene Flying Wing Scene Finding Indy on the Periscope of the sub
Temple of Doom--
"Club Obi-Wan" heheh My dad always likes the part where the raft finally comes aground and they realize they're in India because he used to work with a guy that looked like the head of the Indian villiage Course the dinner scene I used to never get the romance scene after dinner until when he finds the hidden passage until now that I'm older. It makes me laugh. Bridge scene "I'm going back to Missouri" (because I lived in Missouri when I saw that)
Last Crusade Indiana Jones, the Boy Scout Motorcycle Chase "Dad!" "What?" "Dad!" "What?" in the chairs Now I finally get "She talks in her sleep" and the bit about "I'm as human as the next man" scene. Tank Scene The three booby traps in the Temple (Petra, Jordan. Cool scenery) "Ark of the Covenant" "Are you sure?" "Pretty sure"

Yeah, I was 9 when it came out so I didn't get it when Sean Connery said "She talks in her sleep"; or the conversation they had about her on the zeppelin.

Am I the only one who thinks in terms of sequels, Temple of Doom is down there with Batman and Robin? It was aweful compared to the other two. I think last crusade has it with the speedboats, motorcycle chase and the tank scene. And when I was a kid, I thought the leap of faith thing was pretty cool... just the idea of that, but I don't have the sense of wonder about it that I did when I was like 8. 12/22/2005 11:59:06 AM |
