I guess I'm just too pragmatic, having already dropped out once b/c of $texas...but I prefer the increased borrowing limits this bill provides over a slightly lower interest rate...

What percentage of American's pay taxes? What percentage presently need federal assistance to get a college education?

For those that don't know CHENEY has not only fucked the students he has fucked the farmers by the byrd amend.
They now won't subside farmers and farmers are charged more to export goods to other countries.

^ the farmers issue is in sync with free trade policy, and adds marginal cost to American farmers while making lives better for the world's farmers
and about the education bit, thats also in sync with anti-social policy,
and we here in teh s0apbox are oh so fucking priveleged to have Duke and Wake grads come tell us how bad gubment edumcation really is
