i dont think you can anymore. you used to be able to search wake county tax bills by license plates and it would show the vehicle owner but they have since taken that information off.

Probably a damn rental car. Haha, is it pretty much bone stock, or does it have aftermarket addons, like tinted glass, chrome steps, etc? I'll check and see if its an Enterprise car tomorrow.

how about we all mind our own business! I doubt this is the case but if it was somehow in violation of the law, the authorites are the people to contacr, NOT TWW. If you want to be nosy, pay the $50 or whatever to some website like USSEARCH, otherwise stop wasting your and our time.

if the sherriff has already confirmed it's not stolen, then why not get them to run the tag and figure out who it belongs to also...?? it's a trespassing violation at the least, definitely something they should be handling.

obviously you have no concept of the law. people tearin up your land muddin is definitely in violation of the law. im pretty sure were definitely in the right trying to figure out whose it is in order to get it removed. and i dont believe the sheriff will give out that information, at least they wouldnt when we called. when someone comes on my land, its my business, and the same goes for everyone else.

yeah, i doubt they would give you the info... but they should be handling contacting whoever it's registered to, having them make arrangements ASAP to remove it, and then proceed with an investigation to find who trespassed and caused damage to the property.

Yeah prop it up and remove one sides tires. Leave a note on the car explaining that the sheriff has been notified and the tires are being kept in a safe location.

My cousin had this happen in their fields a couple times a year. They got into a strong habit. The people have to pay a fine to the county and a set amount to the land owner for damage.
