Madagascar was pretty decent. It had too many pop-culture references, IMO.

Not as good as The Incredibles.

Lilo & Stitch is a shitty movie. Lilo & Stich is one of the worst animated Disney movies (and not the direct-to-video kind) ever. Shitty story, ugly and bratty protagonists, and uninspired music.

I can't pinpoint why I don't like Madagascar right now since its been so long but I remember them stretching for laughs and it just didn't stack up compared to Ice Age. The animation was good though.

Your views on these movies are rendered obsolete by that statement. The animation in Madagascar is bad...very bad. Though I liked it, mostly the monkeys and penguins though.

^ My statements on my assesment of the animation don't make it more obsolete than people saying that it was funny. How was the animation bad though? I'm not trying to be argumentive but if you actually do animation and have more insight into it I'd like to hear it. Maybe I should have said "the stylistic approach to the animation" was an ok choice. However, the film stretching for laughs is dead on. The movie wasn't funny, the "I like to do it do it" crap was boring. And someone put it quite eloquently before with this statement:

Quote :
"for all the people in it, it could have been way better"

The big names in this film just didn't add much.

I also hope that you don't actually think that Lilo & Stich was good by any means.

Ok, so I over exxagerated with ur comments. But yeah I am into computer graphics, from what I saw, the shading was done porrly and the polygons used seemed juvenile to put it best, but perhaps thats the style they were going for.

^^ You're probably dead on about the animation. I was probably searching for something nice to say about the film when I was watching it.

^ I'll look into that dippidy dippidy Dolby thing you be talking about. Speaking of South Park, I think the people that did that Team America movie had it right. Dollmation is where its at.
