I need to know of a program that can resize a dynamic array(increase the size of the boot partition) in Windows 2003 server.
Partition Manager 7.0 Server will do it, but I do not want to pay $300 yet. Any program that is free OR can be obtained free. 12/27/2005 5:00:56 PM |

Dumb question: Is the disk a Dynamic disk? Not quite sure what a "dynamic array" is in this context. 12/29/2005 7:43:56 AM |

There are multiple disks making up 1 partition. They can be either striped or mirrored ro create redundancy.
If the program can do it, it will explicitly say it. 12/29/2005 8:33:46 AM |

I'm not aware of any hardware that supports dynamic arrays so if this is a software raid, you ought to be able to do it with whatever software you are using to create the array. 12/29/2005 1:18:13 PM |

If you are running a software dynamic disk on Windows 2003 server, you need to back the shit up and start over immediately. That shit isn't good in any way. 12/29/2005 9:24:17 PM |
