Is there a free, decent site that will send me a text message with updated game scores of teams of my choosing?

I just got text messging on my cell and I am looking to get wolfpack updates for basketball and football scores only. By the way, I have Alltel service.

i use Yahoo! Alerts.. pick any team, any sport.. any kind of update(each score change, each quarter, each half, every so often)

I use to use MSN/Fox but it kept giving me UNC scores instead of NCSU ones, and its either final score or every 2 minutes.

yahoo doesn't provide the service to alltel.
i even tried using the verizon carrier, but i never got a confirmation message.
