derr track is where I used to, but I dont know if you can even get on there now.
the steps beside the main entrance to the gym are good if you are coordinated enough to skip steps.
otherwise go to any high school around raleigh 12/30/2005 10:53:07 PM |

Riddick is long gone. Try Harrelson; it has the steepest stairs around. 12/30/2005 10:55:04 PM |

Use the secondary stairwell at Sullivan during the evening or early morning. 12 floors. 12/31/2005 12:54:17 AM |

I know a few people who liked using the second staircase at Sullivan.
Maybe the steps that go up to the floor level in back of Reynolds, or the Coliseum deck stairwells? 12/31/2005 1:41:07 AM |

I've run on the track at 1 AM. I've run on the mean streets around my apartment at 2 AM. You'd be surprised at the activity at that hour. It's always weird to meet somebody else running at night or at some weird time that you think you're the only one crazy / stupid enough to be out at. 12/31/2005 2:13:11 AM |

Reynolds, take a right at row 'L' otherwise there is no headroom. be careful on the corners, you don't want to tumble down that bastard.
At my peak I was running four laps with bodyweight excercises at every corner, then sprints on the flat track. 12/31/2005 2:06:18 PM |

or you could just use a treadmill or a stepping machine like they will in the year 2000 12/31/2005 2:30:57 PM |

run up and down the stairs in the library. You get a few flights and there is never anyone on the stairs past the third floor 12/31/2005 5:15:00 PM |

back on Kilgore ave down by the park there is a set of flats and hills that are great for suicides+climbs. You do like 15-20 sprints and it will knock you out after a good run. 12/31/2005 11:34:38 PM |
