wow - r u for real? i noticed how it had some globe nominations & then watched the trailer for it.
it looks AWFUL. not to mention, it looked like a straight up drama! i can't remember any woody allen movie being dramatic. i can't fathom how he could ever make a movie w/ no humor & it be a good movie.....

The best Woody Allen movie is "What's Up, Tigerlily?"

I'd have sexual intercourse with Scarlett Johansson.

^ My bad, it's four words: "What's Up, Tiger Lily?"

His first movie, 1966. It's not really his best, but it is my favorite.

Just saw it today. Not bad. The ending made up for the ok acting.

saw this today, too. really good. Zelig is a million times better than What's Up, Tiger Lily.

one hint that this movie might be good: the old pervert doesn't act in it

It was interesting watching this after seeing Sunset Boulevard a few days ago. The vicuna line in Match Point stood out because of it. That, and the fact that he had a driver. Weird.

I enjoyed Match Point though. Wish the acting could have done more with the great writing.
