I'm running athlon xp 1900 and temperature recently has been risen big time.
it's like 84 degree and shuts off every hour.
I changed cpu voltage to 1.75v and it stays under 70 now.

Is cpu voltage 1.75 going to fix the problem?

I did it last week.
whole lot of dust with 4 85mm fans for 2 years.

here is an idea

reseat the heatsink

or

buy something not so fucking old

or

find out for yourself if 1.75 is going to fix it
