anybody done this before, or know of anybody who has? if so, was it worthwhile, or somthing that probably should be avoided? 1/9/2006 2:11:49 PM |

the exact same things you would do as if you weren't buying it on ebay - or as much as possible - ebay isn't the most efficient way to sell a car online so you will run into a lot of people selling it there b/c other online sites and/or selling it locally didn't work for obvious car problems
be wary of pictures of cars that only show one side and don't show off every piece of the car 1/9/2006 2:15:21 PM |

I just bought a 04 Toyota Sienna for my parents off there. They are picking it up Friday so I hope everything works out alright. Like Omar said cars on ebay are there for a reason you just got to be smart about it. 1/9/2006 2:23:19 PM |

I've bought about 5 on there...only had trouble with one and that one I knew about some of the problems but the seller lied about a bunch more.
Anyways, it's pretty much ok, especially for the dealerships that sell a ton of cars online and have good feedback
