I've used iMovie on a mac and it is very intuitive and gives excellent results. I want a similar program on PC that lets you create nice menus. Premiere is good but its not too intuitive and takes longer to create your menus/titles etc.

i use premier, nero for menus and chapters,
windows movie maker is very easy and probably the best but they dont have a direct way to make a dvd, and i dont know if it lets you make menus, but its great for titles
pinnacle is easy to use

i think pinnacle studio is supposted to be pretty good/easy
